Questions, answered.

Do I need another calling app?

No. You manage Smart Numbers from the web, while incoming calls ring the forwarding phone you already use.

What does the other person hear?

Before a recorded conversation begins, participants hear that the call may be recorded and transcribed.

Can I change where calls ring?

Yes. You can update or remove the forwarding number from your dashboard. If forwarding is removed, your Smart Number stays reserved but calls will not ring a phone.
